Delindeo Marshell Morgan, 63, of Elkhart, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born on June 14, 1961, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Robert Morgan and Marvelean (Gray) Morgan, who survives.

In addition to his mother, Delindeo is survived by his wife, Audrey Fair; sons, Delindeo Moore, Joshua Moore, Jeremy Moore, Phillip Morgan, Eric James Smith, and Clay Smith; daughter, Jennifer Morgan; siblings, Yolanda Albey, Roderick Morgan, Alma Sain, Martino Morgan, and Amelio Morgan; a host of stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; longtime companion, Carolyn; and longtime friend, Tabitha.

In addition to his father, Delindeo was preceded in death by his brother, Victor Gray.

In accordance with Delindeo’s wishes, cremation has been chosen and a memorial service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Billings Funeral Home, at 2 PM. An hour of visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1 PM. Pastor Marvin T. Pace of New Vision of Life Church will officiate.

Delindeo worked as a foreman for Leer Group for over 20 years. He was also a man of faith, accepting his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at an early age and solidified his faith by baptism in 2012, officiated by Pastor Marvin T. Pace.

As his family would say, the top four beloved passions Delindeo had were barbeques, blues, beer, and BATMAN. He loved to cook and participate at family gatherings, always enjoying various blues musical selections while having a Miller High Life in hand. With BATMAN, he adored the original star and movies, always quoting lines and showing off his movie memorabilia he collected over the years that his family is left with to cherish.

In earlier years when his children were growing up, Delindeo enjoyed taking them fishing and caring for fish tanks, playing various video games, and even partaking in karate classes.

Delindeo will best be remembered as a life-of-the party personality who was playful, loud, and entertaining to all. He, along with all the love and joy he shared, will be dearly missed by those whose hearts he touched throughout his life.
