Leona Elizabeth “Beth” Lominac Blaine, 77, of Black Mountain, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

Beth was born October 17, 1947, in Buncombe County to the late Tracy William and Wester Lou Ellen Sneed Lominac. She loved music and singing; and she was a wonderful painter and artist. Her family was important to her, and she devoted herself to being a wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Beth will be greatly missed by all.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Michael Blaine; and grandsons, Micah Benjamin and Jesse Samuel Blaine.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, William Joseph Blaine of Swannanoa and Miles Edward Blaine (Susannah) of New Mexico; sisters, Audrey Dotson (Ronald) of Black Mountain and Gwen Hogue (Marion) of Montana; and four granddaughters, Anna, Esther, Lydia and Naomi Blaine of New Mexico.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 22, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00pm at Harwood Home for Funerals. A celebration of life service will immediately follow in the chapel of the funeral home.
