Gradon Lee Rugg Obituary

Gradon Lee Rugg, 71, of Mill Run, passed away on Tuesday November 19, 2024 at Eicher’s Family Home.

He was born August 14, 1953 in Mill Run, a son of the late Theodore Rugg and Helen Ruth (Burnsworth) McVay.

He graduated from Connellsville High School in the Class of 1973.

Throughout his life, Gradon was a hardworking farmer, who worked at his family farm.

He loved traveling and had his own Kettle corn business and loved popping kettle corn.

Gradon is survived by his children, Adam Rugg (Amanda), Nathan Rugg (Kristin), Wesley Rugg (Courtney), and Aaron Rugg (Kelsey); grandchildren, Owen, Grace, Braydon, Randy, Kaydin, Kolton, Sadie, Evelyn, Reese, and Maggie; siblings, Curt Rugg, Florence Williams, John Rugg, Chuck Rugg, and Marlene Rugg and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Susan L. Rugg; 2nd wife, Louann Rugg and siblings, Cora Hoover, Becky Rugg, Theodore Rugg, and Ralph Rugg.

Cremation arrangements are under the care and supervision of the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME, INC. 418 North Pittsburgh Street Connellsville, PA 15425. In following with Gradon’s wishes, no viewing or services will be held.
