Mary Louise Stoppel of Eureka Springs, Arkansas was born June 21, 1929, to Arthur and Nina (Mark) Hull in Eureka Springs. Mary passed away November 18, 2024, in Bentonville at the age of 95.
She was a member of the Carroll County Extension and Homemakers Club. Mary liked to read, work on puzzles, go to church and spend time at Silver Dollar City.
Mary is survived by her children Venita Summers and husband Vernon of Berryville, Dennis Stoppel of Eureka Springs, Cheryl Hattenhauer and husband Richard of Berryville, David Stoppel and wife Jackie of Siloam Springs, Arthur Stoppel of Green Forest; brother Charlie Dale Hull of Berryville; twenty-seven grandchildren, forty great grandchildren, fourteen great great grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Nina Hull, husband Manfred Stoppel, sons Billy Ray, Ronald and Bryan Stoppel, two sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm, till 7:00 pm, Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Nelson’s Chapel of the Springs in Eureka Springs. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Friday, November 22, 2024, at Nelson’s Chapel of the Springs with Rev. Tim Garrison officiating.
