Raymond, Lawrence (Larry) Albert

1959-2024

The family announces with great sorrow the passing of Larry at the Timmins and District Hospital on November 18th, 2024, at the age of 65.

Beloved husband of Charlene (née Antler) Loving father of Scott, Wendy (Donald), Karen (Gilles).

Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Paige, Kobe, Madison, Joseph and great grandpa of Carter and Avery.

Larry is survived by his mother Florence and by his siblings Wayne (Lianne), Ron (Sue), Kathy (Ron).

He was predeceased by his father Albert, and by his stepson Mark.

Larry worked at Hoyle Pond for many years. He loved spending time with his family and friends going camping and fishing.

Thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Timmins and District Hospital on Medical C and the Hospice unit for all their care and compassion.

In keeping with Larry’s wishes cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life for Lawrence (Larry) will be held at the South Porcupine Legion on Sunday November 24th, between 1pm and 4pm.

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
