Marie (Zielinski) Ososki, age 92, passed away the morning of November 18, 2024. Born to the late Al Zielinski and Philomena Wyzkiewicz.Marie lived most of her life in Bay County and passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Midland.
Marie married Ervin Ososki on June 2, 1951. They were married 63 years, raised 6 children and always exemplified hard work. Over the years together they loved to travel and winter in the south. Marie loved to entertain and play old songs on her accordion, bake and have her family together for the holidays. Ervin passed on March 27, 2014, and the family is comforted to know they are together again along with our loving Savior.
Survived by her 6 children: Diane (John) Pashak, Carol (Ron, predecease) Bailey, Roger (MaryKay) Ososki, Sharon (Ray) Roznowski, Renee (Dave) Gerulski, and Tom Ososki. Also 18 grandchildren with two preceding in death, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild with an additional one on the way. Marie also leaves behind her sister Pauline Sugar, sister-in-law Mary Ann Garza, and sister-in-law Jeannine Ososki with many nieces and nephews.

Marie will lie in state on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Our Lady of Czestochowa (St. Stanislaus) – 1503 Kosciuszko Ave., Bay City from 10:00 – 11:00 am with Mass to follow. Visitation will be held at Rivertown Funeral Chapel, 209 S Huron Rd, Kawkawlin, Friday, November 22, 2024, from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m.
