Frank Adkins, age 79, of Middletown, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born February 2, 1945 in Ironton, OH to JC Adkins and Clara (Stutler) Clarkson. He was a loving husband, father and papal. He was an excellent mechanic. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Ilene Adkins; beloved children, Melissa Adkins and Elmer Adkins; cherished grandchildren, Tim Adkins, Joshua Adkins, Amanda Puckett, Alexis (Timmy) Honchul and Pamela Adkins; beloved great- grandchildren, Jontell and Kamea Abdullah, Sophia Honchul, Katherine Honchul, Heaven Adkins, and Ezra Swan. He is preceded in death by his son, Frank Adkins Jr., parents and sister, Elizabeth Pember. A Visitation will be held Friday, November 15, 2024 from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the funeral home at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ed Bastien. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
