Clarissa M. "Cleo" Dancel-Warren, 64 of Scottsburg passed away October 30, 2024 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born March 26, 1960 in Manilla, Philippines to Dr. Manuel T. and Remedios A. Mata Dancel. She came to the United States at the age of eight years old and graduated from Marian Heights Academy in Ferdinand, Indiana before receiving her bachelor's degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. She worked as an accountant for CMO Graphics in Chicago and most recently worked for Morgan Farms where she was a hostess and organized private parties and Stream Cliff Restaurant in Commiskey where she worked as a chef. Cleo is preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, David Warren and her sister, Michelle L. (Steve) Dancel-Light. Friends may visit with Cleo's family from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, Friday, November 8, 2024 at Collins Funeral Home, 465 W. McClain Avenue, Scottsburg. Cremation was entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. Memorial donations can be made in Cleo's name to American Martyrs Catholic Church of Scottsburg, Indiana in c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
