Sandra Lee Blair, 77, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away in her home on October 14, 2024.  She was born in Cheverly, Maryland on April 26, 1947, the daughter of Ulyess and Edna (Kolbe) Waller. 

Sandra was a true believer in the Lord.  She knew in her heart she would live her eternal life in heaven.  She cherished her dachshund; they were loyal companions. She raised a family that she loved. 

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her four children, Christopher Blair, Lawrence Luckey, Sandra Betts and Judith Luckey.  Also, she leaves behind Rhena Hodges, someone she considered a dear friend and a guardian angel.

Sandra will be missed deeply by all her family and friends. 

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
