Robert Lenain Green Sr., age 71, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on October 30, 2024. He worked many jobs over his life time including; heavy equipment operator, truck driver, mechanic, and a job foreman. He greatly enjoyed hunting, singing, and playing music, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who were honored to know him.  

He is preceded in death by his daddy, Billy Bice; nephew, Hank Brewer; father, Sonny Green; brother, Seth Green.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 43 years, Peggy Reynolds Green; children, Robert Jr. (Kim) Green, Tarryl (Becky) Green, Brandy (Eric) Warden, Janna (Ashley) Hillman, and Dustin (Logan) Green; mother, Dolly Cooley Bice; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Lanelia Anderson, Debbie (Wayne) Byrd, James (Rhonda) Bice, Anthony (Darla) Bice, Sheila Clark, Sham Green, Selwyn Green, and Sloan (Jane) Green; numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The Visitation will be Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Moments Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Robert Holeman, Bro. James Bice, and Shawn Bice officiating. Burial will follow in Burbank Cemetery.
