Billie Faye Lawrence, 81, of Hattiesburg, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at her home. Visitation will be Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 1 – 2 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg with services immediately following at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Midway Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Lawrence was a member of Central Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was an avid reader, having read the Bible through 125 times. She also wrote Ladies Devotionals on social media and loved gardening and decorating her house.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lona Withrow; one sister, Pat Brandenburg; one brother, Johnny Withrow; and one daughter-in-law, Anndreia Lawrence.

She is survived by her husband, Grant Lawrence; three sons, Steve Lawrence (Lisa), Ron Lawrence, and John Lawrence (Victoria); 14 grandchildren, Sarah Braymer (Jay), Jennifer Purdy, Samuel Lawrence (Katie), David Lawrence (Brooke), Elise Hilderbrand (John), Daniel Lawrence (Cailey), Lennzee Williams (Jered), Faerron Walker (David), Josiah Lawrence (Mary Hannah), Dustin Aultman (Rachel), Miranda Riley (Daniel), Nicholas Aultman (Christen), Emily Strickland (Carrington), and Isaac Lawrence; 22 great grandchildren, with five on the way; one sister, Phyllis Hedges (Charles); and numerous nieces and nephews.
