Helen L. Raimondi, born on March 31, 1952, in Wheeling, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2024, at the WVU Wheeling Medical Park. She was 72 years old.

Helen was a dedicated and hardworking individual who spent her career in accounts payable at Orrick. Her attention to detail and commitment to her work were admired by her colleagues and friends.

Outside of her professional life, Helen had a love for the simple joys of life. She found great pleasure in cooking, tending to her beautiful flowers, and immersing herself in a good book. Her heart was also filled with a deep affection for animals, especially her beloved dog, Fancy, who was her constant companion.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Addie (Crawford) Raimondi; her half-brother, John Shimp; and her half-sister, Wilma Carlson. She is survived by her half-sister, Mary Ann (Shimp) Liljihorn of Wheeling, WV; her half-brother, Stanley Shimp of Wheeling, WV; her very close cousin, Linda Beatty; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly.

Though no public services are scheduled at this time, the family will hold a private service at their convenience to honor Helen's life and memory.
