Rosemary Horn, 78, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at Norton Brownsboro in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on May 31, 1946, in Tennessee, to Howard Reneau and Nettie Bell (Bishop) Reneau. On May 2, 1965, Rosemary married the love of her life, Larry Cartwright Horn, he precedes her in death on February 14, 2016. Rosemary dedicated her life to caring for her children and grandchildren, embodying the true essence of family love and devotion. Her presence lit up the room, and her warmth and kindness touched the hearts of all who knew her. In addition to her parents and husband, Larry, Rosemary was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Reneau; and one sister, Christine Reneau. Rosemary is survived by four daughters, Connie (Ed) Amick of Scottsburg, Indiana, Janice Horn of Scottsburg, Indiana, Loretta (Ken) Higdon of Scottsburg, Indiana, and Tina McIntosh of Underwood, Indiana; two sons, Larry Horn of Scottsburg, Indiana and Robert Horn of Underwood, Indiana; one sister, Billie (Harley) Phipps; three brothers, John (Karen) Reneau, Roger (Heather) Reneau, and Estel (Linda) Reneau; eleven grandchildren, Sean, Tara and Tyler McIntosh, Levi, Ryan and John Brandenburg, D.J. Higdon, Ashley King, Jessica Whitridge, Jaden Horn and Clinton Soloe and fifteen great grandchildren, Landon, Issac, Maddie, Brantley, Dane, Rylan, Jordan, Hazelynn, Forrest, Neveah, Mason, Walker, Kynnleigh, Nova, and Myla. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Collins Funeral Home. A Graveside Service for Rosemary will be on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 1:30pm at Scottsburg Cemetery in Scottsburg, Indiana with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating.
