Ashley Michelle McLeroy-Johnson, 35, of Radcliff, KY, died Monday, October 14, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael McLeroy.
She is survived by her husband, Terrance Johnson; two sons, Jaylen Michael McLeroy and Peyton Jerelle Williams; her mother, Delphine McLeroy; three brothers, Michael McLeroy, Brandon McLeroy and Maurice Lewis (Rickya); a niece, Miqaela Carter; three nephews, Xavius McLeroy, Titan McLeroy and Maximus McLeroy.
The funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29th, at Kingdom Life Church, in Radcliff, KY with Rev. Anthony Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Church.
