Shannon Keith Myers, surrounded by his family and close friends, entered his Heavenly home on October 23, 2024. He was born in Grand Saline, TX on July 23, 1977, to Jimmy and Judy Sheller Myers.
Shannon graduated from Brownsboro High School in 1996. He attended Hope Church in Murchison. Shannon worked as a lead car salesman for Super Bee auto sales for 10 years. Shannon was a true salesman and never met a stranger. He loved to talk and visit with his friends and family. He loved to fish and just have a good time. His greatest joy in life were his kids and grandkids and his treasured friendships with Josh Castleberry and Ben Campbell. Shannon’s loyal friendship, spontaneous personality and his willingness to always lend a helping hand to others will surely be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Shannon was preceded in death by his grandparents Floyd and Dorothy Sheller and George Washington (GW) and Ivaline Myers.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 10 years Rita, parents Jimmy and Judy Myers, sister Rebecca Bond and husband Matthew, brother David Potter, children Jacob Myers and wife Cheyenne, Amber Holt and husband Tyler, and Aydan Myers, 6 grandchildren Liam Myers, Taygan Myers, Beaux Myers, Gracilynn Holt, Huntlan Holt and Danaleigh Holt, Nephews Dylan, Wyatt, Bryan and Patrick Castleberry, Tyler and Tobi Bond and two beloved friends Josh Castleberry and Ben Campbell.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jacob Myers, Aydan Myers, Josh Castleberry, Dylan Castleberry, Bryan Castleberry and Ben Campbell.
Honorary pallbearers are Matthew Bond, Marlin Castleberry, Tyler Holt, Wyatt Castleberry, David Potter and Patrick Castleberry.
