Teresa Ann Henry, 57, passed away on October 21, 2024, in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was born July 22, 1967 in Scottsburg, Indiana to Benjamin and Ethel (Watts) Austin. Surviving to cherish her memory are her parents, Benny and Ethel Austin of Lexington, Indiana; her brother and sister-in-law, Benjamin and Anita Austin; her partner, Steve Jones, of Lexington, Indiana; several aunts and uncles; a granddaughter; Sadie Jones, whom she adored beyond words. Despite her journey being cut short, Teresa's impact as a caregiver was profound, touching the lives of many patients with her compassionate care and unwavering dedication. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and selflessness that will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with her. She also enjoyed fishing, cooking and being a homemaker. Funeral Service will be held at Collins Funeral Home on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 2:00 pm, preceded by visitation starting at 12:00 pm on the same day.
