Martha Mitchell, 81, of Davis Street passed away October 14, 2024, at Maria Parham Health. She was born on September 3, 1943 in Henry County, Virginia to the late George R. Mitchell and Mary Tinsley Mitchell.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Sharon Broadnax-Ansbach; son, Robert Wayne Broadnax; sisters, Lizzie Garland, Marie Moore, Susan Carter; brother, Phillip Mitchell; one grandchild; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
A Graveside service will be Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Carver Memorial Gardens, 2256 Carver Road, Martinsville, Virginia.
