Bobbie Jean Daughdrill Starns, 88, of Hattiesburg passed away on October 21, 2024 at Forrest General Hospital. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg from 10:30 A.M. until service at 11:30 A.M. followed by burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Starns was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where she volunteered in the office.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Neil Starns, Sr.

She is survived by her six children, Loren Connelley (Glen) of Hammond, LA, Karen Mitchell of Murfreesboro, TN, Richard Neil Starns, Jr. (Esmeralda) of La Porte, TX, Tracey May (Larry) Lynchburg, VA, Melanie Heindel (David) of Tall Timbers, MD, Leigh Bounds (Wayne) of Moselle, MS; fifteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
