James C Witt Sr, age 59, of Hamilton, passed away at Mercy Fairfield Hospital on Monday October 14, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Hamilton Ohio, on July 10, 1965, the son of the late Charles Witt Sr and Emma Jean Witt. James spent much of his life as a contractor. James enjoyed working on older cars, watching boxing and racing. James was survived by his last living brother Kevin Witt, his six children, Danielle (Charles) Guthrie, Sarah Witt, James Witt Jr, Jayla Witt, Kevin Michael Witt and Kaleb Witt, special son in law Dustin Parker; seven grandchildren Macey, Mackenna, Meignliah, Kamyah, Isaiah, Tobias and Tazarah, along with many nieces and nephews that he loved like his own, and life long friend Dan Pates. James was also proceeded in death by his four brothers, Charles Witt Jr, William Witt, Robert Witt and Theodore Witt, the first love of his life Anna Howard. Celebration of life for James will be announced at a later date.
