James Hartwig

January 20, 1960 - October 14, 2024

In loving memory of James Hubert Hartwig, born January 20th, 1960, son of Ethel Hartwig and Hubert Hartwig. He passed away on Monday, October 14th, 2024 at the age of 64. He was a devoted father to Amie, Cody, and Zachary Hartwig, and he touched the lives of many with his booming laugh and competitive spirit. He loved cards and games and would hit every rollercoaster at the park, and would still be up for funnel cake. He gave the best hugs. He was known to his nieces and nephews as uncle Jim, and always had a project on the go. He loved watching the wildlife from his deck or gazebo, and would happily play poker until the sun came up.

He is survived by his loving and devoted partner, Leah Harris, the mother of his children, Dorothy Hartwig, his three children, Amie, Cody, and Zach, and his daughter in law, Jessica Hartwig.
