Walter R. Allen, 73, of Niagara Falls, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 14, 2024. Mr. Allen was born March 7,1951, in Batavia, NY the son of the late Clyde and Marie Allen. Walter is survived by his fiancé of 21 years, Julie Clark; children Annmarie (Carl) Shetler of Alabama and Richard (Toni) Allen of Barker; he is also survived by his fur babies Minx Aurora, Felix Fritz, Falcon Henry, Ivory Rose and Blonde Jane; grandchildren Daniel Freeman of Lyndonville, Kirstie Allen of Lyndonville, Michael Freeman of Medina, Richard (Trisha) Allen of Lyndonville, Rachael (Cortlin) Artis of Medina, Zachary Hill of Barker; great-grandchildren Makayli, Ryker, Tyson, Kinsley and Zariyah; brother Clyde (Judy) Allen of Mississippi, sister Mary (Jim) Baxter of Tennessee; predeceased by his brothers John Allen, Tim Allen and Jim Allen. 

Walter will be remembered as a loving and hardworking man who always put others first. The unconditional love he had for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren was unmatched. He enjoyed spending time with his fiancé, traveling, going to concerts and taking care of his fur babies. Most of all, Walter enjoyed every moment spent with his family. We will never forget the man who was always behind the camera capturing special moments to look back on.
