Vickie Lane Taylor, 75, of Tallassee, died Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, at her home. A private burial was held on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, at Elam Baptist Cemetery. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her son Michael Taylor. She was a major Alabama fan who loved watching the Paul Finebaum Show and even ran her own Alabama website. She followed everything about Alabama football from recruiting and tracked former players in the NFL. She also loved her two dachshunds Riley and Red Man, but Riley was her favorite.
