Beverly Joan Schnell (Maas) of Riley, formerly of St. Clair Shores, passed away October 14, 2024 at the age of 93.

Beverly was born October 2, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to Carl and Delphine Maas. On June 17, 1955, Beverly married George Oscar Schnell at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Detroit; they were married 55 years when George passed away in 2011. Beverly was a long-time member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church and was devoted to her faith. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.

Beloved wife of the late George; dear mother of David (Lisa) Schnell of Allenton and Gary (Michelle) Schnell of St. Clair Shores; loving grandmother of Sarah Schnell, Rachel (Jacob Kirck) Schnell, Jimmy Probst and Mary (Mitch) Boahm; and cherished sister of Bill (the late Betty Lou) Maas and the late Richard (Colleen) Maas.
