Richard Bird, 70, of Dover, passed away Monday, October 14, 2024, at his home. He was born January 11, 1954, in Hot Springs, the son of the late John D. and Melba Bird. He served in the United States Army and was a Freemason.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Ronnie Bird and Steve Bird.
He is survived by his wife, Lucinda Bird; brother, Mike Bird; daughters, Phoenix Bird, Shirlene Bird, Kim Bird, and Angelica Bird; sons, Dustin Bird and Richard Warren Bird, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family and friends.
A private family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date.
