Theresa Louise Hill, age 76, passed away surrounded by her family on October 14, 2024. Theresa was born on January 1, 1948 in Jackson County, MS.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Olive L. Raybon and father, William M. Raybon; brother, Jimmy (Jackie) Raybon; sisters, Freida Jones and Ilene Hope (Larry) Gregg; and her beloved dog, Ginny.

Theresa is survived by her loving husband, Cecil A. Hill; daughters, Melonie A. Hill, Amanada L. (Mike) Bozeman, Virginia R. Hill, and Marian T. (Roger) Czarnik; son, Timothy E. Hill; special bonus child, Little Charlie Rice; siblings, Charles Raybon and Dora Shaw; grandchildren, Andrea (Troy) Seymour, Cameron Seymour, Justin (Chelsea) Davis, Kason Davis, Patrick (Courtney) Davis, Gracie Davis, Calvin Bozeman, Lerena (Thomas) Martin, Cecilia Hill, Elaina Martin, Tripp Martin, Blaine Hill, Vincent Hill, Ariana Slater, Cheyenne Day, Maegan (Laban) Dearman, Ethan Dearman, Michael (Karen) Bozeman and 5 kids, Leanne Bozeman and her 3 kids, and Nikki Dailey and her 2 kids. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Theresa and Cecil met at Robert’s Skating Rink and married in Pascagoula, Mississippi on August 18, 1965. They have spent the last 59 years together loving each other and building a beautiful family. She liked to spend her time shopping at Dirt Cheap, playing the slots at the casino, tending to her chickens, sewing, planting, and so much more.

She was a blunt woman, who often spoke her mind - sweet as sugar with the sting of a bumble bee. She’d tell you like it was, how it was going to be, then dare you to ask questions. She loved her Ginger and pushing Cecil’s buttons - the radio, his nerves, you name it. Her family, friends, and grandchildren made up her heart and boy her heart was full! She was always helping someone with something or housing a family member who needed a place to stay. Her home was just that, the go-to, the safe-haven. She took care of everyone, and will remain in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers always and forever.

Graveside service will be held at 12PM on October 17, 2024, at The Hill Cemetery, 7101 Beechnut Lane, Moss Point, Mississippi 39562, with the company of loved ones and family. Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Davis, Justin Davis, Derick Ross, Timothy Hill, Laban Dearman, and Cameron Seymour.
