It is with sadness we announce the passing of Freeda Patricia Higginson nee Dupuis on Monday, October 14, 2024 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Higginson. Predeceased by her daughter Fay. Dear Mother of Miles (Rose), Grant (Debra), and Susan (Cathy). Survived by grandchildren Robbie (Miranda), Craig, Angela, Andy (Sarah), Jessie and Kandis (Lucas). Also survived by Great Grandchildren Liam, Paige (Jacob), Rendyn, Brinley, Elliot, Edie, Austin, Jasmine and Great Great Grandchildren Christian, and Delilah. Sadly missed by Dennis (Marina).

Resting at the Madawaska Community Center on Friday October 18, 2024 from 2-8pm and Saturday October 19th from 11am-1pm. Funeral service will be held at the Madawaska Community Center on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 at 1pm followed by a hot meal. Interment in The Anglican Cemetery, Madawaska. Donations to the Valley Manor (St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation) would be appreciated.
