William E. Peterson, 79, of Lancaster, died at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital, on Monday, October 14, 2024. William was born in Lakeland, FL to his late parents, Robert Peterson and Bernice (Parrish) Peterson.

William will always be remembered for the way he loved his family. In his spare time, he enjoyed being outdoors. He cherished his time searching for the big fish in the pond and camping.

William is survived by his daughters, Tammy Robichaux, of East Petersburg and Tonya Nixon, of Quarryville, PA. He is also survived by his three grandchildren; Nathan, Nickolas, and Natilyn Nixon.

At William’s request, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Groff-High-Eckenroth Funeral Home, Inc., of New Holland, PA.
