Marion Eugene Wyant Obituary
Marion Eugene Wyant, 62, of West Frankfort passed away on Monday October 14, 2024 in his residence at 8:00pm.
He was born on February 3, 1962 in Melrose Park, Illinois to Norman and Minnie (Avery) Wyant. He was of the Baptist faith and attended the Third Baptist church in West Frankfort. He enjoyed playing his guitar, going fishing, attending concerts, and shooting pool. He loved Cadillacs and racing his RC cars.
Marion was preceded in death by his father; and brothers Jeffery Wyant and Steven Paul Avery.
He is survived by his mother Minnie Wyant; loving companion Ramona Spears; sisters Debbie Swan (Roger Swan) and Melissa (Randy) Casey; stepchildren Tommy, Courtney, Codie, and Gabby; 12 step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday October 17, 2024 at 2:00pm in the Denning Cemetery on the Orient Road with Richard Lance officiating. Visitation will be held at the Union Funeral Home from 12:00pm-1:30pm prior to leaving for the cemetery.
