Suela Ann Dowdle Obituary

Suela Ann Dowdle passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 14, 2024.  She was born on November 3, 1944 to the late Walter Matthew and Anna Martha (Rowland) Tracy.

Suela was a dedicated teacher for 35+ years for 2nd & 3rd grades for the Union Local Elementary School.  She loved traveling and gambling.  She and her husband, Brad, traveled extensively.  After his passing, she continued to travel and even took a cruise to Cuba by herself.  She enjoyed reading, going to the library, and lunch with friends.  She loved being with her family and her world was dedicated to her grandchildren and great- grandsons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years at the time of his passing, Brad Dowdle; and brothers, Paul and Gerald Tracy.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Amy (Brian) Kinder; grandchildren, Savanna (Kevin) Ogilbee, Austin (Rebekah) Kinder, Terence (Jordan) Caldwell; great grandchildren, Rhett and Paxton; nieces and nephews, Heather Tracy, Matt Tracy, Brenda Carpenter, Lisa Prosser plus many more nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 12-2pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 N Main St, Bethesda, Ohio 43719.  A private burial will follow.
