Jeanetta Malone, 75, of Canton, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024 at her residence.

She was born on July 9, 1949 in Canton to Thomas and Betty (Schuman) Clark. They preceded her in death.

She married Arthur Malone on April 7, 1968. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2004.

Surviving are her children, Tom (Kim) Malone of Canton, Rod Malone of Canton, sisters, Janice (Peter) Archibeque of AZ, Alice Smith of Canton, JoAnn Pratt of Canton, grandchildren, Trevor, Anthony, Lacy, Madi, Matt, Nate, Nick, Zach, Kiana and nine great grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death is one son, Tim Malone, two brothers, Steve and August Clark and four sisters, Betty Fitch, Joyce Bearden, Lula Burgess and Evelyn Chaney.

Jeanetta worked for K-Mart and J.C. Penny’s in Canton but her passion in life was her family, children, grandchildren and helping out her friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton, at 1pm, with a visitation from 11-1pm. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
