Robert Milton Gossett, Sr. was born on May 2, 1947, in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on October 14, 2024.  He retired from the United States Air Force as a Tech Sargent. Robert enjoyed working on cars and wood working.  He also loved to fish.  Robert is survived by his wife, Violet Gossett; sons, Robert Milton Gossett, Jr., Phillip Gossett, and John Gossett; grandson, Brandon Gossett and wife Elina; granddaughters, Jessica Sutterfield, Kyra Sutterfield; great-grandchildren, Bishop Gossett and Jasiah Linscomb; and sister, Frances Malta and husband Joe; along with other cherished family and friends.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
