Inez Loveda (Mesteth) Bear Schenderline , age 74, of Claremore, Oklahoma passed away on October 14, 2024

She was born on July 15, 1950 in Pine Ridge, South Dakota.

Inez was Lakota and a member of the Oglala Sioux tribe.

She graduated from Claremore High School in 1969.

She married Dominic Arnold Schenderline on September 14,1970 in Claremore.

She retired from 39 years of service with the United States Federal Government.

She lived in South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Oklahoma, Missouri, Alaska, Oregon, Colorado and New Mexico, in her lifetime.

Inez will be remembered for her love for her family, her generosity, her love of westerns, her trips to casinos, her bowling skills, and her love of music, especially rock and roll.

Inez was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic and her son, Terence Schenderline. Her mother, Virginia May (Sierra) Bear and father, Willis Wesley Bear.

She is survived by son, Jim Ahenakew, grandson, Michael Hawkins and sister, Arlene Wimp and her husband, William Wimp.
