Debra D. Lampe, 65, of Beatrice, died Sunday afternoon, October 13, 2024 at her residence. She was born on May 29, 1959 in Beatrice to Keith and Sharon (Zimmerman) Carpenter and graduated from Beatrice High School. On May 16, 1987 she married John Lampe in Las Vegas. Deb was the long-time office manager for Beatrice Machine. She enjoyed her pet dogs, snow skiing, riding horses, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Deb was an amazing cook and a talented ice-skater in her younger years.

Survivors include her daughter, Demarie (Nathan) Reedy of Beatrice; three grandchildren, Nevin, Ariana, and Jonis; four great-grandchildren, Connly, Royce, Rowan, and Madden; brother, Brian Carpenter; sister-in-law, Susan (John) Volner; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, who died on September 21, 2024; her parents, Keith and Sharon; step-father, Keith Rohr.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, October 18, 2024, at Fox Funeral Home of Beatrice with Chaplain Sharon Schuster officiating. Burial will be at the Evergreen Home Cemetery of Beatrice. The body will lie in state on Thursday from noon until 8:00 P.M. at the Fox Funeral Home.
