GREENSBORO - Roderick Siddle, 62, peacefully departed this life on Monday, October 14, 2024 at his residence following a period of illness.

Arrangements were held privately.

Roderick Lamont Siddle (Ricky) was born on October 5, 1962,in Newark, New Jersey, and later moved to Reidsville, NC with his family. He accepted Christ as his Saviour at an early age and attended Elm Grove Baptist Church in Reidsville, NC. After graduating from Reidsville Senior High School, Class of 1980, he enlisted in the United States Army Armed Forces. He then returned home and moved to Greensboro, NC to begin working at Gilbarco, after retirement from the Army.

Ricky was a faithful community and family supporter.  He was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.

He was preceded in death by Father: June Poole; Grandmother: Virginia Ethel Rone;

Surviving family members include his devoted and loving wife Delphine Hampton Siddle; Darling Mother: Daisy Rone Alston; Daughters: Monique Germany; Sandy Siddle; Sons: De’LeonCurry; Roderick Robertson; Granddaughter: Chrisette Husky; Loving Sisters: Virginia Fleming Stevens (Eric); Linda Poole; Beverly Poole; Jackie Poole; Gatha Siddle Stevenson (William) Devoted Brothers: Fredrick Siddle; Gregory Siddle (Sherri); Jerome Siddle; Stephen Alston

He also leaves behind devoted cousin Christopher Broadnax and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
