Donna was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Poplowski, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories and a deep, enduring love. Together, they raised three wonderful children: Carrie Ritchey, Joseph Poplowski, and Candace Vicario. Donna's role as a mother was one of her greatest joys, and she instilled in her children the values of kindness, perseverance, and the importance of family. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
