Retired Airforce MSG Bobby James Morrisey, age 78 of Fayetteville, NC departed this life on Monday, October 14, 2024. He also retired from the Cumberland County Sheriff Department.
Funeral service and military honors will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 12:30 PM in Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Burial Monday, October 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
Vieiwng Sunday, October 20, 2024 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary.
The family will receive friends Sunday, October 20, 2024 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary and other times at the home.
He was preceded in death by three grandchildren.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: wife, Sandra K. Morrisey; children, Marquita Morrisey, Bobbie Daniels, Tamara Spoelder, Carmen Guethlhuber and Kenyatta Morrisey; siblings, William James Morrisey (Glenda), Geneva Adams and Lillian Moore (Domonique); nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
