Maysville-Verna Lou (Henderson) Johnson, 78, passed away
Saturday, October 12, 2024. She was born on December 4, 1945
to the late Evan Lloyd and Lucy Adaline (Adamson) Henderson.
She was a member of the Washington-Central Church and Mason
County Homemakers. She retired from Browning Manufacturing-
Emerson Power Transmission after 44 years. She is survived by
her husband, Edward Earl Johnson whom she married July 7,
1966. She is also survived by her daughter, Cheryl Annette
Johnson (James) Wilder of Ft. Thomas, KY; her granddaughter,
Sarah Rochelle Wilder of Ft. Thomas, KY and her grandson,
James Edward Wilder, II of Dayton, OH. Besides her parents,
she was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Gene
Henderson. Funeral will be 1 pm on Thursday at Moore & Parker
Funeral Home in Maysville. Burial will be at MaysLick Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
