BARBARA, Paul


Passed away peacefully at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital on October 11, 2024, at 81 years of age. Loving husband of Beatrice. Beloved father of Connie Prince and Sandra Fobert. Proud Nannu of Cassandra (Devyn), Danielle (Josh), Ryan, and Sarah. Bużnannu of Autumn and Zoë. Brother of Carrie, predeceased by siblings: Mary, Doris, Guza, Gateu, and Sam. Son of the late Joseph and Rosa.

Paul was born in Marsa, Malta. He immigrated to Canada in 1966 alongside his wife, Beatrice. His biggest accomplishment was the family that he built.

The family would like to thank Lisa, Morgan, and Hayley at Collingwood General ICU for their outstanding care and compassion.

A visitation will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Friday, October 18 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m., all are invited to join the family for refreshments following the service in the reception room.


The service will be livestreamed for all those who are not able to attend in person.
