Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Friday October 4th, 2024 at 73 years of age.


Paul was the beloved husband of Connie for 53 years wonderful years. Proud father to Jeremy and Sabrina (husband Scott). Loving grandfather to Timothy, Richard, Nicholas and Morgan. Great Grandfather to Jérémie and Maxime. Proud uncle to Shaun (spouse Casey) and loving great uncle to Oliver and Gunnar. Predeceased by his father Albert and his mother Theresa.


Paul worked for several years in public transit, he drove for Newmarket Transit in the early years of his career and ended working for Miller Transit as a YRT inspector. His love for working with busses passed on to his son Jeremy.


Paul spent many years as a dedicated coach for Newmarket Minor Softball, he made a difference in so many kids lives by teaching them skills as well as good sportsmanship. His love for baseball was shared with his daughter Sabrina.


The family would like to thank the staff at the Cancer Centre Southlake Regional Health Centre and the nursing staff in Palliative care at Southlake Regional Health Centre.


A celebration of life will be held at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Saturday October 12th from 1-3 p.m. If desired memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society .
