Dominic A. "Nik" Santanasto,67, of Lower Saucon Township, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2024, while in the care of St. Luke's Hospice, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 7, 1957, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Dominic R. and Helen (Petroka) Santanasto. He was the beloved husband of over 30 years to Michelle (Toth) Santanasto. Nik was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend who lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and a deep love for his family.
Nik graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in the class of 1975. He continued his education at Lehigh University, earning his bachelor's degree in 1979, and later achieved his MBA from Saint Joseph's University in 1990. Nik worked at Air Products for over 40 years until retiring.
He was a faithful member of Assumption B.V.M. Church, Bethlehem as well as the Knights of Columbus.
Nik is survived by his loving wife, Michelle; his sons, Vincent and Dominic; his siblings, Roseann Grace and her husband Thomas, John Santanasto and his wife Pam, Michele Brunell, and Maria Toth and her husband Joseph; his mother-in-law, Kathleen Toth; and many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father-in-law, Joseph Toth, and his brother-in-law, Scott Brunell.
Services: A viewing will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill, PA 18015 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18015. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
