CWO2 (U.S. Army Retired) Lee Arthur Connell

Lee passed away on Sunday morning, 29 Sep 24.

Lee was born 28 May 1946 in Tacoma, Washington and passed in his home in Florissant, Colorado at the age of 78.

He was adopted by Irvin Lee Connell and Edna Violet Connell and grew up in Washington.

Lee had a 24 year career in the U.S. Army serving his country in Germany, Korea, and the Philippine Islands, and in bases in the U.S.

Following Lee's military service he worked for Santa's Workshop in Cascade, CO for several years.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Loralee Anne (Spradling) Connell of Florissant, CO, by his sister Deb Connell of Federal Way, WA, by his brother-in-law Brian Spradling (Kathy) of Firestone, CO, by his sister-in-law Nancy (Spradling) Brisbin (Dwight) of Abilene, TX, and by his sister-in-law Lynne (Spradling) Mestas (John) of Havelock, NC. Lee and Loralee had no children.

His wife Loralee said, "Lee was the best husband to his spoiled wife Loralee for 56 years."
