Patricia Conway of Dunmore passed suddenly and peacefully at home with thoughts of her family on Monday October t, 2024.

Pat was employed by several medical offices in the area, including Scranton Orthopedic where she made wonderful friends.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Pat was always on the go. She was a woman with a deep and loving belief in her faith, a eucharistic minister at her church, volunteered with Catholic Social Services, active in local AARP, and always willing to help her friends and neighbors. She loved spending time with her family, preparing delicious meals for them, especially during the holidays. Family time meant the world to her. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren. Shopping with the girls and watching Christian play football and baseball.

Survived by husband James Conway; his daughter Trish Conway; granddaughter Sarah, great-grandchildren James and David and the couple’s beloved dog Holly; daughter Chrisie Calautti and companion Gerard Bednash, his children Jerry Bednash and wife Vanessa, and grandchildren Gianna and Mia. Janessa (Bednash) Kura and husband John Kura; son Frank Calautti and wife Cheryl, grandchildren Charlotte, Francesca and Christian; nieces Jennifer Argenta and husband Dean and their son Gianni, Kym Kveragas and husband Arden and their daughter Kiera. Several nieces and nephews. She was everyone’s Aunt Pat.

She was preceeded in death by parents Ann and Al Barkowski.

The funeral will be conducted on Saturday from the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave., with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 322 Chestnut St., Dunmore. Friends and family may pay their respects Saturday morning from 9-10 am in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the NEPA Pet Fund and Rescue, PO Box 3953, Scranton, PA 18505.
