Pamela, was born on August 3,1958 to Alfred G. Green and Marilyn G. Green in Chicago, Ill. After a brief illness, Pam passed peacefully at the age of 66 on September 29, 2024 in Cambridge, MA.


Pam was the youngest of three children. As a young girl Pam moved with her family to Princeton, NJ. Before high school her family moved to Cranbury, N.J. Pam attended The Peddie School where she was involved in theater, graduating with High Honors. Pam then attended Mount Holyoke College and graduated with Honors in English. After college Pam worked for Sperry Univac and later attended New York University to study writing. Pam then moved to Boston and started working for Target Marketing. Pam transferred to Houghton Mifflin where she completed her career.


Pam was a brilliant woman with a great sense of humor, and an amazing knowledge of literature and history. She was a member of the Richard the 3rd society. She had great curiosity about unsolved mysteries such as Oak Island, the origins of megalithic monuments around the world and the possibility of interstellar travel.  She loved her niece and nephews and her many friends from Target Marketing and Houghton Mifflin.


Pam’s parents predeceased her. Pam is survived by her brother Randall Green and her sister-in-law Nancy Green of Glendale, Ohio, and nephews Matthew Green of Plano, Texas and Brenton Green of Huntington, New York as well as three great-nieces and two great-nephews. Pam is also survived by her brother Chris Green and her sister-in- law, Ann Green of Cross Plains, Wisconsin, niece, Caitlin Green of Los Angeles, California and nephew, Alex Green of Sheridan, Wyoming.
