and loving uncle to his nephews Philip and Brandon Kelly, Khol Rogers, and Yianni and Alice
Kattos. Michael is survived by his sisters, nephews, niece, aunts, uncles, many cousins, his
brothers-in-law Glenn Kelly and George Kattos, and childhood friends who stood by him to the
end, all of whom he cherished deeply.
Michael graduated from Reavis High School in 1990 and went on to attend trade school, where
he honed his skills to become a very talented and skilled carpenter. His craftsmanship and
dedication to his trade were admired by all who knew him.

always putting everyone's needs above his own. His kindness extended to everyone he met, and
his generosity and selflessness were hallmarks of his character.
Michael had a great love for baking, a passion he shared with his mother. He was known for
never being able to refuse an apple cider donut. His sense of humor and his love for the Chicago
White Sox brought joy to those around him, and his funny anecdotes and light-hearted spirit will
be deeply missed.
Michael's family extends their heartfelt thanks to all who have offered support and condolences
during this difficult time.
