On September 29th, 2024, Reimond Fragoso, beloved son, brother, grandson, and nephew, passed away at the age of 20. Reimond was the first of three children born to Debbie and Jose Fragoso on May 24th, 2004. While growing up in Houston, Reimond was an avid baseball player. He loved playing on little league teams and when baseball wasn’t in season, he could be found playing football. As he got older, Reimond enjoyed a variety of activities including going to the gym, cheering on the Astros and the Texans, listening to Tejano and Country music in his gray Camaro, and much more. Traveling was also a hobby of Reimond’s, and his favorite places to visit included Laredo and Mexico.
After graduating from Cy-Falls High School, Reimond was excited to start pursuing his dream career of being a welder. While finishing his training, Reimond worked at Walmart with his mom, Debbie, and was adored by his coworkers, who had the privilege of getting to see him grow up from a little boy into a young man. He was known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others. He would eventually leave Walmart and start his welding career with Chevron Phillips where he enjoyed being able to travel while doing what he loved.
Reimond will be most remembered as someone who loved his family. He loved spending time with his siblings and parents and could be found supporting their family catering business whenever possible. He also enjoyed playing with his childhood dog, Angel, and newest addition to family, Cookie. Reimond was preceded in death by grandparents Reymundo Lozano, Ruth Nora Lozano, and Jesus Fragoso, great grandma, Maria, and uncles, Ruben Lozano, and Jesus “Chuy” Prado. Left to cherish his memories include parents, Jose and Debbie Fragoso, brother, Mark Fragoso, sister, Yasmine Fragoso, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the family to help provide financial support during this difficult time are greatly appreciated. Donations can be made through Zelle to 832-287-9146 or by a check made out to the Debbie Lozano. While Reimond will be greatly missed, he has left his mark on the hearts of many and his memories will be cherished forever.
