Christopher Dee Wilder of Hansen, Idaho was born October 26, 1977, to Fay Dutt and Dewey Wilder in Twin Falls, Idaho. Christopher passed away at his home in Hansen, Idaho on September 29, 2024.

Chris is survived by his mother; Fay Dutt (Jim Arterburn), father; Dewey Wilder, brothers; Jason (Shann) Wilder, Terry (Jennifer) Wilder, and Charlie Wilder, sister; Keara (Steve Jay) Wilder, son; Andrew (Justyne Fink) Wilder, daughter; Rheanon (Colter) Larsen, granddaughters; Saige Larsen and Zira Wilder, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

As a child, Chris enjoyed spending the time in the outdoors with his brothers and cousins, camping and hunting. Chris and his brothers Jason and Terry spent a lot of time with their grandpa helping with firewood, riding horses, camping, and picking up cans along the road. Jason, Terry, and Chris were so close together in the age, grew up brothers and friends. As Keara grew older, she tried to keep up with the brothers, Chris tried to teach her to skateboard, unsuccessfully. Chris was a Pathfinder. While in Pathfinders, Chris got the opportunity to walk the Grand Canyon with his group and his Grandma Dutt.

Chris was a good student, graduated from Kimberly High School in 1996. He was a good student who received good grades and was inducted into the National Honor Society. Chris was a very studious student.

Chris enjoyed the mountains. He enjoyed walking around, arrowhead hunting and exploring. Chris enjoyed being with his family and friends. Chris was employed with Wal-Mart for over 10 years.

Chris became a dad on September 16, 1998, when his son Andrew was born. Following Andrew, his daughter Rheanon was born November 14, 2000. Chris enjoyed the times he had with his children and they enjoyed their time with him.

Chris will be missed by his family and children. He is preceded in death by his papa; Emil Dutt, grandma; Lela Dutt, uncles; Rodney Dutt, and Steve Tvrdy, grandpa; Max Walton, grandma; Colleen Walton, and cousins; Robert Hughes and Chuck Wilder.

There will be a funeral service honoring Chris on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, starting at 2:00 pm, held at White- Reynolds Funeral Chapel; 2466 Addison Ave. E., Twin Falls, ID 83301. A viewing will start at 12:00 pm, the day of the service. Chris will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park, following his service.
