Margaret Peden Little

April 12th, 1944- October 1st, 2024

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Margaret Little October 1, 2024 at the Bonavista Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Margaret was born in Scotland, UK and was raised in Catalina. Bob & Margaret was married on April 25, 1963 in Catalina, where they started a family and then moved to Bonavista in December 1966.

She worked in a bakery in her younger years and then a homemaker. A devoted wife and mother, dedicated her life to her family and children. They shared a lifetime of memories, travel, camping and fun times.

Left to mourn with broken hearts are:

Son - Robert Jr. (Connie, Grandson - Shannon (Holly))

Son - Brian

Daughter - Kim Burry (Brian, Granddaughter - Robhen (Andrew) - Great-Granddaughter - Maggie)

Daughter - Cathy Rogers (Kent, Grandson - Matthew)

Margaret is predeceased by her

Son - Anthony Little

Mother and Father - Anthony & Jean Stagg

Sister & brother in law - Irene & Hansen Dalton

Sister In-law - Joyce Stagg

A big thank-you to all of Margarets extended family & friends during these difficult days, weeks & months before her passing.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd from 2:00- 4:00pm and Friday, October 4th from 10:00am- 12:00pm.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 4th at 2:00pm from Strathie's Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Memorial United Cemetery.
