Connie Dean Hurst aka PaPa, 70, of Coweta, OK formerly of Haskell, OK. passed on Tuesday October 1st, 2024. Connie graduated from Haskell High School in 1972. He worked for Pipeliner's Union 798 out of Tulsa, OK until retirement. He was well known for his jokes and (Connieisms.) He had a fond love for fishing, especially under #9 bridge at Eufaula Lake. He always enjoyed having a dog around and was known to have named them Maggie. After retirement he had a joy in spending time with his family.
Connie is proceeded in death by his parents Raymond Hurst and Sybil (Flo) Shue Hurst, wife Linda Kay Hurst, brothers Teddy Hurst and Freddy Hurst.
He is survived by his daughter Shena McDaniel and husband Heath of Coweta, OK, son Nathan Hurst and wife Ashlyn of Coweta, OK. Granddaughters Addyson Kay, Aubrey Sue, Kaylyn Renee, and Annalee Faith. His fur daughter Maggie #3. Sister-in-law Kim Hurst, nieces Annie Koehn and husband Josh, and Morgan Hurst all of Houston, TX. Nephew Raymond Hurst and wife Jamie of Haskell, OK and many other family members.
