Loreen Draper Hibdon, 64, peacefully left this world on Monday, September 30th, 2024. Born on Saturday, December 5th, 1959 in Hof, Germany, Loreen was adopted and moved to the United States with her loving parents, the late Charles and Mary Ann Draper.
The Funeral Service, conducted by Scott Moore, will be held in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet on Friday, October 4th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 4th from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 p.m.
She is survived by son, Jeremy Dobson; step-daughter, Savannah Hibdon; grandchildren, Makayla Peach, Ashlyn Dobson, Bailee Dobson, Amiah Howard, Bella Howard, Cameron Hibdon, and Caylee Hibdon; sisters, Patricia Grant and Diana (Bob) Croom; brother, John (Jen) Draper, step-mother, Glenda Draper; step-sister, Lisa (Tommy) Hackett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by beloved husband, Morris “Sandy” Adam Hibdon; step-son, Christopher Hibdon; step-brother, Anthony Kent Bradshaw.
Loreen was a simple woman, devoted wife, loving mother, and an incredible Nana with a passion for racing and cheering on the University of Tennessee Volunteers and the Tennessee Titans. Her life revolved around her son and grandchildren, whom she cherished deeply. Loreen also adored her dog, Rocky, and her cat, Harley.
Her quiet demeanor and kind soul will be deeply missed, but we find peace knowing she is finally reunited with the love of her life.
