Donald G. Stetzler, 86, of Hamburg, passed away Monday, September 30, 2024, in the care of Reading Hospital. He was the widower of Mary Jane (Strausser) Stetzler, who passed away on April 5, 2014.

Born in Perry Township to the late Guy and Bertha (Klee) Stetzler, Don retired after 33 years as an Electrician for Dana. He also worked as an independent contractor for area electricians. Later in life he took a job with Cabella’s, retiring for the second time after ten years.

An avid photographer, Don loved taking photos of his family.

Left to treasure his memory are his children, Sharon wife of Richard Becker, Hamburg, and Mark husband of Kathy Stetzler, Muhlenberg; grandchildren, Scott M Stetzler, Tighe B. Stetzler, and Steven M. Stetzler husband of Devon; great grandchildren, Ava, Laci, and Townsley; and his sister, Elsie. In addition to his wife, Mary Jane, Donald was predeceased by a son, D. Scott Stetzler, and by his siblings, Kathryn, Grant, Daniel, and John.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, 40 S 4th St, Hamburg, with committal to follow at St. Luke’s Cemetery, Shoemakersville.
